Phenomenal costal cafe. Been coming here for 9 years every time I pass through the redwoods. Great food, staff and environment.

It's a little pricey, but worth it. Using local ingredients, healthy, organic and gluten free options, and the flavors are unique and amazing. I'm obsessed with this place. I've also experienced their catering services at my workplace and the things they brought us were awesome. High quality, nourishing and tasty. I totally recommend them for your next special work event /meeting.Important Tips:- You must spend 5 bucks to use a card here. Below that price everything's cash only... or you can start a tab :) - 'Legend has it there are no paper cups' so if what you're craving is coffee to go, bring your own travel mug or be ready to purchase a mason jar with a unique lid or something.

One of my favorite stops everytime I visit Humboldt! My favorites are the Griz, the scones, and all the coffee!

Great food and atmosphere

I go here every morning I stay on the coast. Great espresso pours and pastries. A good thing to know about this place is they do not have paper cups. Bring your own, take a donation cup, or drink there. We walk around this the ‘here’ cups and walk around and bring em back. Easy! Yummy.

Fritata was fantastic, coffee delicious, blueberry scone to go was outstanding. Atmosphere was eclectic and environmentally responsible. Clientele was colorful and full of wonderful stories

The coffee is good, but don't plan on ordering to go. You have to pay for a "jar". The cashier with short red hair is embarrassingly rude. Perhaps check out another place if you are passing through.

Food was good. The bean bowl in particular was good. The atmosphere was good for breakfast, but there was maybe one too many passive aggressive signs giving you directions about how to use their space for my liking.

Eggcellent breakfast and great people. A block away from a great ocean view. Coffee was very good too.

Wonderful service and consistently great food. I have been coming here for years now and have not been disappointed. They do not have to go containers, but were always super accommodating when we were bombing through and needed some cake for later. It is a wonderful establishment.

As if this place needed any more praise. The coffee is awesome and fresh. The food is sweet, savory, light or filling - which ever you choose to start off your morning. The selection is overwhelming and plentifully delicious. The best part, was they let our Yellow Lab Finn, sit and enjoy the patio greeting other dogs.Our AirB&B host Tracey mentioned this is the place to go for breakfast in Trinidad, and she was absolutely correct. On our next visit from Corona, we will stop again and enjoy the coffee and the dog-atmosphere on the patio.

This was the absolute best breakfast I’ve ever had. Everything is made fresh and the service is impeccable. Worth a stop!

'The Italian' panini was amazing!!! Great coffee, delicious homemade baked goods and wide range of Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan option. Delicious.

I’m so happy here because I’ve never been to a cafe with so many gluten-free products for reasonable cafe prices.

Great breakfast spot with delicious organic food

Delicious brunch! I got the savory scone special with two poached eggs and steamed greens. Very satisfying while not over indulgent. It was the perfect place to spend a Sunday morning with friends.

Always made with love. Bring your own cup or purchase a $1 mason jar for take away. The pastries are perfect, especially the bread pudding muffin.

Amazing food from scratch! Their Mexican mocha is out of this world. Staff is friendly and a joy to talk with. Chocolate cake with homemade cream and fresh strawberries...OMG

Bagel was amazing. The sauce they make is very very good! Cream cheese, Avacoda, Red Onion... Can't beat it! They are very friendly inside and have all sorts of fresh baked goods to choose from. Drip coffee and espresso available. I only gave it four starts when it deserves more like 4.75 stars... Which .25 taken away for a slightly marshmallow foam on the cappuccino. I know. What a thing to complain about! Haha! Check these guys out for sure.

Excellent, fresh vegetarian options. I liked the black bean bowl (w/well-done) poached eggs, very tasty. I'd suggest getting the whole not the half, it's not a giant portion but just right after a morning out hiking around. Husband loved the lox, fresh & generous.

Amazing food and coffee and just a cool, friendly, cozy atmosphere. The staff was sweet. The Lox bagel was delicious and the avocados on the other bagel were just perfect. Also, Trinidad is just the most gorgeous little town.

Excellent little cafe that's environmentally conscious. You'll find no single-use takeaway cups here, which is refreshing nowadays. Lovely staff and ambience.

I prefer this place a lot. theres a great mood. The cuisine is good. the service is efficient and the crew is very professional. The cost is decent. I highly recommend.

Was visiting and the place was recommended by business partner. Went there originally for the pizza but the grill was not manned when we got there. But all the vegetarian dishes were very tasty. The sweet potato fritters were my favorite. They also had a great charcuterie board with some amazing soft cheeses.

Now that they are open for dinner its become our favorite spot to eat out. Great specials, salads, wood fired pizza, cheese boards, wine and beer. Artistically inspired, healthy cuisine in a relaxed cosy atmosphere. Our kids love it t too

Excellent baked goods and coffee. Has much more but I didn’t get to sample the rest. Take your own cup for coffee as they are serious about sustainability.

Come catch rainbows after you get your coffee and breakfast. You can sit and eat here too just a lil walk pass shops and lavender and herbs growing along the side. Fresh blackberry's to snack on all around

Recently tasted heaven in a cup with the Mexican Mocha. Delicious! My favorite part of the experience was learning that Beachcomber doesn't offer paper to-go cups. Great idea! I happily purchased a mason jar that came with a custom cup holder. Stop by if you're in town!
